Odoo Accounting & Inventory Setup

I’m ready to move my books and stock control into Odoo and need an accountant who already knows the platform inside-out. The job starts with a clean but thorough general configuration: chart of accounts, fiscal years, tax rules, user roles, and the default settings that keep the numbers tight. From there, I want the Invoicing and Billing module running smoothly—custom invoice templates, automated follow-ups, clear payment terms, and the right integrations with payment gateways. Finally, Inventory Management must be aligned with the accounting side: warehouses, product categories, incoming and outgoing operations, and valuation methods.

I have historical data that must be imported (customers, suppliers, open invoices, products, and current stock levels). Accuracy here is critical; the closing balances in my old system need to match the opening balances in Odoo.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• Fully configured Odoo Accounting, Invoicing/Billing, and Inventory modules
• Complete data migration with reconciliation report showing pre- and post-migration figures match
• A brief hand-off guide or recorded walkthrough so I can maintain routine tasks on my own
