Odoo Accounting & CRM Enhancements

I need an experienced Odoo developer to fine-tune several live modules—Accounting, Field Services, and CRM—on my current v18 instance. The goal is not to bolt on brand-new functionality but to reshape a few existing workflows so they match how my team actually works each day.
Concretely, in Accounting I want to include payment links in invoice payment follow ups, automate creation of balance invoices based on date of scheduled field service. In Field Services I’d like to design a series of email automations before and after the job.
I’ll provide SSH and database access to a staging clone along with detailed test cases. Your deliverable is updated Python, XML, and QWeb code packaged as standard Odoo modules, fully installable through the Apps interface, plus a short change log so my admin understands what was touched. Everything must pass the built-in Odoo tests I’ll run before moving to production. (Last paragraph was AI. I don’t know what any of that means but if that is good protocol, sounds good to me)
