Odoo API integration for phone calls

Hello, looking for an odoo developer for doing an API integration with a service that makes calls
to persons. Odoo is not going to handle the incoming or received calls, just doing and receiveng the API requests and log some info in a model for the contact for example: date, contact name, phone. Also the usage of a webhook is needed.
Desired flow overview:
1. create a dial button in the contact that sends the call request to the api.
2. create a webhook that receives the dial requests from the API (this configurable from the interface and available from odoo 16 and on I already checked)
3. from the webhook capture the info of the request and fill the requested fields in the partner, if partner info has not been registered previously create a new lead and link this partner to the lead.
4. create a permission to be able to see this info filled, also for preventing to delete or edit it.
