I’m looking for an experienced Odoo professional who can guide me in creating and customizing dashboards — specifically under the Employees → Reporting section.
This is not a development project, but a knowledge-sharing/guidance session. I need someone with in-depth understanding of Odoo (preferably v18) who can clearly explain how to:
Create or modify dashboards and reports
Include fields like Employee Tags, Department, and Manager
Understand which models and views to use (e.g., hr.employee, hr.employee.skill.report)
