Migrating CRM Data: Odoo to ClickUp

CRM Data Migration: Odoo → ClickUp
I’m looking for someone to migrate and clean up CRM data from Odoo into ClickUp.
Scope of work:
Migrate ~200 leads/opportunities from Odoo into ClickUp
Ensure all data is mapped correctly (no dumping everything into one field)
Set each lead up as a ClickUp task with the correct custom fields filled in
Data to be transferred & mapped:
Club / organisation name
Contact name
Email address
Phone number
Current contact stage (e.g. emailed, called, followed up)
Sales motion (e.g. formal, tender, casual, etc.)
Assigned owner
Blue → Curtis
Red → Luke
White → Harry
Any relevant notes from Odoo
ClickUp setup is already done, including:
Custom fields
Sales motion dropdown
Contact stages
Assignees
This is primarily data transfer, validation, and clean organisation, not building the CRM from scratch.
Budget: around $150
Timeline: ideally completed within a few days once started
Please include in your proposal:
Experience with CRM migrations
Any experience with ClickUp and/or Odoo
How you would approach the migration to avoid errors or duplicates
Potential for more work if this goes well.
