Migrate a Odoo Module from v12 to v16

I have a module to sync from Odoo Projects to Trello Projects using its API services.
Is working fine on Odoo 12 but i changed to Odoo 16 and i want to migrate this module.
I need that after migrate you install and check that all works fine.
