Logistics/warehousing management system

I need you to develop a system to manage warehousing/logistics across multiple locations under a single entity.

It should a multi-tenant architecture. Features should be :

1. One entity - multiple warehouse management
2. Inventory tracking - by warehourse, region, country
3. Receiving with or without PO
4. Unit of measure multiplier - simple function
5. Data reporting
6. Export in excel
7. Custom reporting functions
8. Inventory listing
9. Bills of material and pick list
10. line item and supplies/supplier info management


Preferably development into Node. js or PHP based (Laravel or Odoo)
