We need your help to get an HR app for leave management. Odoo v14 & v15.
Leave Allocation
We need to allocate the leave balance as follows:
• 1-5 years employment: 21 days paid leave
• 5 and more 30 days paid leave
the app should consider giving the leave as follows:
• Advanced beginning of the year so the employee can take the full balance
• As it occurs so once the employee finishes one month then some days gets allocated
• After completing full Year
Leave and Salary
In case the leave is (unpaid) then it should be deducted from the salary. leave admin should record on behalf of the employee.
