Implement Odoo and build custom modules
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are an ISP and are looking for a complete solution to manage our CRM, billing, scheduling and more.
Due to the nature of our business, we will require some integrations into other systems, would you be able to assist us with the following:
A key integration in our business is RADIUS.
We use it to authenticate our clients on the network side, assign speeds, apply policies, track usage etc.
I believe the easiest server to integrate with would be FreeRADIUS. It’s an open-source implementation of RADIUS and is widely used in the industry.
A couple of basic requirements for integration would be:
• When creating a user in Odoo, create the user in RADIUS (with a username and password)
• Select packages and policies on Odoo, and apply them to the user in RADIUS.
• Pulling customer line status from RADIUS into Odoo
• Pulling customer usage data from RADIUS into Odoo
• Pulling basic network information related to the customer into Odoo
• Having a place in Odoo where all the network info is visible to the administrators in the back-end
• Having the basic usage statistics etc for a customer visible on his portal
There are some more features which will be nice to have, but this gives an idea of what we’re looking at.
Some other points:
• Is there any integration into WhatsApp business? We currently use it through Twilio and Respond.io, but it would be brilliant if we could also consolidate that into the Helpdesk/CRM modules.
• Integration into payment gateways would be a massive bonus and ease our accounting workload, we currently use Netcash for most of our debit orders so that would be a good place to start.
• Scheduling and tracking of jobs and technicians is another key part of the functionality that we require. The technicians need to be able to easily access all the relevant information on jobs, and it needs to be easy to create and assign jobs to technicians by the office.
Lastly, would you be able to provide us with a ball-park figure for the implementation of the platform? I understand that the integrations might make it difficult to judge, but we’re just looking for a range of prices.
