Help with odoo Purchase module implementation

We are in the process to import all of our products to odoo online but we are facing several implementation problems for purchase module.
1- Each product has different colour variants, we have more than 80 colours but we are not using all of them for a single product.
2- The purchase order needs to be imported from excel file, but odoo needs to create the colour variant if it does not exist and add it to the order lines.
