Full-Time Odoo Developer Needed

BUDGET : USD800 - USD1000

I maintain several live Odoo environments that run everything from v12 up to the latest nightly build. Day-to-day work ranges from extending core functionality in Sales, Inventory, Accounting and every other official app, through to tuning server performance and wiring Odoo into third-party services by API.

The immediate priorities are:
• building custom modules that follow Odoo’s conventions and remain forward-compatible across multiple versions;
• profiling and refactoring existing code so that pages, cron jobs and reports stay fast even under heavy load;
• designing solid integration bridges (REST, XML-RPC, webhooks, middleware—whatever suits the target system).

This is a long-term, full-time engagement where you will be inside our Git repo every day, pushing tested code, writing concise commit messages and creating upgrade scripts when a new major version drops. I work with standard tools—GitLab CI, Docker, Postgres, pylint, OCA guidelines—so please be comfortable with that stack.

Deliverables are accepted once they:
1. install cleanly through the Apps menu with no manual tweaks;
2. pass our automated unit and run-bot tests;
3. include clear README and inline docstrings;
4. leave server response times equal to or better than current benchmarks.

If you have a track record of shipping production-ready features across Odoo 12-19, let’s keep the commits rolling.

Other Conditions:-
- Fixed Working Hours from 10am to 2pm and from 3pm to 7pm (GMT +8)
- Willing to relocate to Malaysia (will be a great advantage. Working Visa will be provided)
