Full Odoo 19 Implementation

I’m planning a company-wide rollout of Odoo 19 and need a freelancer who can take the lead from installation through post-go-live support. My goal is to unify every major business function inside a single, well-tuned environment, so we will be deploying the full suite—CRM and Sales, Inventory & Warehouse, Accounting & Finance, plus any closely related apps required to make the workflow seamless.

You’ll start by helping me map current processes, then configure and customize each module so they interact smoothly. Data migration from our existing systems and integration with everyday tools (email, payment gateways, shipping carriers, etc.) will be part of the engagement. Clear documentation and short training sessions for my team are a must because I want everyone comfortable in the new system on day one.

Deliverables
• Clean Odoo 19 install on our chosen hosting (on-premise or cloud, we’ll decide together)
• End-to-end configuration of CRM, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, Accounting, and related reporting dashboards
• Migration of historical data and validation that figures match our legacy records
• Basic customisations (views, automated actions, user roles) to reflect our real-world processes
• User documentation and recorded walkthroughs for future reference
• Two weeks of post-launch monitoring and bug fixing

Acceptance criteria: every module should be live, transactions must reconcile with migrated balances, and staff should be able to complete their daily tasks without outside help. If you have deep Odoo experience and can own the project from scoping to training, I’m ready to get started.
