Fresh Upgrade to Odoo 19

I’m currently running Odoo 18 Enterprise on my own server and am ready to move up to Odoo 19. Because there are no custom modules or third-party integrations in the existing instance, I’m looking for a straightforward, fresh installation rather than an in-place upgrade.

Your task is to:

• Prepare the self-hosted environment (Ubuntu 22.04 LTS) with all required dependencies, reverse-proxy/SSL, and security hardening.
• Install Odoo 19 Enterprise cleanly, activate the standard enterprise apps that ship with the platform, and confirm they all start without errors.
• Import or point me to the built-in tools for moving core data from 18 to 19 (no custom code means the standard migration path should suffice).
• Document every step, including commands, paths, and any configuration changes, so I can reproduce or troubleshoot later.
• Provide a brief post-installation check-list (backup plan, service restart commands, log locations).

No code refactoring or connector work is required; this is a clean setup and basic data migration only. If you’ve done similar, let me know roughly how long you’ll need and what access you’ll require.
