Fix 3 errors on my Odoo 16 enterprise (1: uninstall module studio, 2: website https issue, 3: adding employer skill level)

1. Trying to uninstall Studio:
I want to uninstall (and install newly) Studio and so, I will have all modules like originally.
But when I try to uninstall:
I get this Error about “Missing Record”
2. Trying to edit website, some issue about https:
It says: Mixed active content "http://synkiria.com/" was blocked from loading: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Security/Mixed_content
3. Adding level of Skill:
From Employer module, go to an Employer:
Try to create and Edit new skill level.
I get this error, and then the Skill level don’t save:
