Odoo v18 Community to Odoo Online (Enterprise SaaS) Migration – Data Alignment & Subscription Setup
Project Overview

We are migrating an existing Odoo Community v18 database to Odoo Online (Enterprise SaaS).

The database has already been restored locally and most master data has been imported into Odoo Online. This project is partially completed. We require an experienced Odoo freelancer to finalize configuration, complete remaining imports, and validate the full subscription billing workflow.

This is not a full ERP implementation. Most data and structure are already in place.

Import Pricelist Rules (Pricelist Items) correctly

Ensure all Products use Product ID as Internal Reference

Normalize customer fields where needed (country, payment terms)

Import customer bank accounts (IBAN / SEPA) via res.partner.bank

Create test subscriptions

Generate invoices and validate totals against pricelist rules

Confirm end-to-end subscription billing workflow

Optional (if required):

Enable localization features such as VeriFactu

Business Requirements

Product Internal Reference must equal Product ID

Each customer must have a dedicated pricelist

Each pricelist contains multiple price rules

Subscriptions must use pricelist pricing (not product list price)

Customer IBAN / SEPA details must be accessible

Invoice totals must match configured pricelist rules

Scope Clarification

This is a structured finishing and validation task, not a large-scale implementation.

Completion Criteria

The project will be considered complete when:

Products have correct internal references

Customers are linked to correct pricelists

Pricelist rules are fully imported

Subscriptions can be created successfully

Invoice totals match pricelist pricing

IBAN / SEPA data is visible and properly linked

Full subscription to invoice workflow functions correctly
