We're seeking an experienced Odoo developer who will serve as the primary steward of our Odoo implementation. This isn't a typical contract role - we need someone who will take complete responsibility for our system's success and become an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our complete Odoo instance with full accountability
- Implement customizations and fixes while ensuring system stability
- Test all changes in staging environment before production deployment
- Work within our existing project management processes
- Communicate proactively about system status and proposed improvements
- Think strategically about how changes affect the entire system and user workflows
