Experienced Odoo Accounting Manager Needed

I need someone who can step straight into my Odoo environment and keep the numbers crystal-clear. Your day-to-day focus will be on the Expenses and Accounting modules: recording every purchase in real time, matching supplier bills to projects, and following each cost through until it lands in a reconciled ledger entry. I rely on weekly P&L snapshots and cash-flow forecasts pulled directly from Odoo, so you must feel at home using its analytic accounts, journals, and reporting dashboards.

Communication happens inside Odoo’s internal messaging system—no long email threads—so fluency there is essential. Because I expect advanced accounting insight, you should be comfortable setting up proper chart-of-accounts structures, posting accruals, reconciling multicurrency statements, and closing monthly periods without external help.

Deliverables I measure against:
• All expenses entered and validated within 24 hours of receipt
• Cost follow-ups completed by Friday each week, with notes in the chatter thread
• Month-end close finished by the 5th working day, including bank reconciliations and trial balance ready for review
