Enterprise Odoo ERP Rollout
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I’m ready to take my company live on Odoo and need a seasoned developer-consultant who can handle the full implementation from planning through post-launch support.
Scope of work
• Core focus: Inventory, Accounting, CRM and Manufacturing (MRP, Work Orders, Quality, Barcode, PLM) configured to fit our existing workflows.
• Supporting apps: Sales, Purchase & Procurement, Maintenance, Asset Management, Expenses, HR (Employees + Attendance), Documents, Discuss, Calendar, Spreadsheet, Email integration and GST compliance.
What I expect
1. A clear implementation plan that maps every module to our business processes, with milestones for configuration, data migration, testing and go-live.
2. Smart customisations only where native Odoo cannot cover the need; all changes documented and upgrade-safe.
3. Clean data import from our current systems (products, BOMs, serial numbers, customers, vendors, financial history, HR records).
4. User and admin training sessions plus concise SOPs for each department.
5. End-to-end testing: unit tests, workflows, and final UAT sign-off.
6. Steady post-launch support during the bedding-in period.
Acceptance criteria
• Each listed module is live in production and passes UAT.
• KPIs for inventory accuracy, manufacturing lead time and financial reports match or improve on current benchmarks.
• All users can perform their daily tasks without workaround sheets.
