Key Goals:
- Streamline financial processes: Optimizing financial activities and transactions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Improve inventory management: Enhance tracking, management, and forecasting of inventory to reduce costs and improve customer service.
- Enhance procurement process: Improving the purchasing process, supplier management, and overall procurement efficiency.

- The system will need to be robust yet user-friendly, as less than 10 employees will be using it.
- Prior experience with similar ERP implementations in the finance and supply chain domains is highly preferred.
