Key Responsibilities:
✅ Customize FSM Module – Modify and enhance task management, project workflows, and recurring task templates.
✅ Develop Approval & Notification Systems – Implement custom approval flows and automated notifications for task updates.
✅ Enhance Reporting & Analytics – Create reports to track task progress, employee performance, and service efficiency.
✅ Optimize Employee Performance Tracking – Integrate performance metrics within FSM to assess technician efficiency.
✅ Odoo Backend & Frontend Development – Customize views, models, and workflows within Odoo Community Edition.
✅ Ensure System Scalability & Usability – Optimize code for performance, maintainability, and user-friendly UI/UX.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Proficiency in Odoo Development (Community Edition) – Strong experience in Python, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb templates.
? Experience in FSM Module Customization – Hands-on experience with task management, project workflows, and notifications.
? Understanding of Odoo ORM & API Integration – Ability to extend and modify Odoo models and create REST APIs if needed.
? Experience in Report Customization – Knowledge of Odoo reporting tools (QWeb, XLSX, PDF reports).
? Good Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize system workflows.
? Familiarity with PostgreSQL – Database management and query optimization.
