I am looking for an innovative and experienced developer who can design an automated communication process using the Odoo platform, although I am open to other suitable platforms as well.
- This system would interact with customers via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.
- The key features required include WhatsApp messaging, SMS messaging and Email marketing.
- The automation should be set to initiate based on the following triggers: customer sign-up, the anniversary of subscription, and subscription renewal reminders.
Ideal skills and experiences for this role would include proficiency in Odoo and other similar platforms, expertise in designing automated communication processes, and a robust knowledge of WhatsApp, SMS, and Email integrations.
Hi, I am looking at odoo (open to other platforms also) for automation on whatsapp, SMS and email I want to create a flow where when a customer signs up for my service they get a series of emails whatsapp/sms during their year of subscription and I can also mass mail for campaigns. 1) Welcome email and whatsapp day of sign up a. Renewal b. New customer 2) 1 month email and whatsapp asking how the service is going 3) 3 month email/whatsapp 4) 6 months email/whatsapp 5) 1 month before renewal email/whatsapp 6) 14 day before renewal email 7) 10 day before renewal whatsapp 8) 3 day email/whatsapp 9) Day of expiry email /whatsapp Then a series of emails if the customer did not renew 1 day after expiry 1 month after expiry 3 months after expiry 6 months after expiry 11.5 months after expiry 1 year – 1 day after expiry Is this something you can assist with? Currenltly we use hubspor crm but would consider moving the crma also if there is a similar chat pop-up to whart we have currently with hubspot. If you can assist let me know the prices and the timescales please and if you have any suggestions for making this process work even better.
