Custom Odoo Sales-CRM Module

I need a seasoned Odoo developer to build a custom Sales and CRM module that plugs cleanly into our existing Odoo installation. The work is entirely module-centric—no broad system reconfiguration or third-party connectors—so you can stay focused on crafting clean, maintainable code that meets the business logic below.

Core scope
Please deliver a production-ready module that enables:
• Lead management
• Sales forecasting
• Customer segmentation

The solution should follow standard Odoo development practices, respect existing models wherever possible, and include clear comments plus a brief README so my in-house team can maintain it after hand-over. Unit tests covering the main workflows will be considered a strong advantage.

Acceptance criteria
– All three features are accessible from the standard Sales menu without breaking native views.
– Workflows run smoothly on both web and mobile interfaces.
– No core files are overwritten; everything resides inside the custom module directory.
– Installation via Apps menu completes without errors, and uninstall leaves no orphan data or dependencies.
