Custom Odoo Sales CRM Module

I need a seasoned Odoo developer to create a confidential, fully installable Sales & CRM module from scratch. The aim is to extend vanilla Odoo with three tightly integrated capabilities: lead management, sales forecasting, and customer segmentation. I already run Odoo, so your work must comply with Odoo development best-practices, be compatible with community edition, and drop cleanly into my existing environment without breaking future upgrades.

Key deliverables
• New add-on folder containing all models, views, menus, security rules, and Python code needed for:
 – Lead capture, qualification stages, and pipeline views
 – Forecasting logic that converts historical data into intuitive forecasts, shown in dashboard graphs
 – Dynamic segmentation rules a non-technical user can edit (filters, tags) to slice customers on the fly
• XML/CSV demo data plus unit tests so I can validate every function immediately after installation
• Clear README covering installation, configuration options, and any external libraries used
• Brief hand-off call or video walk-through so my in-house admin understands the module structure

I will supply server access and a fresh database for development; you will work in a separate git branch and open a pull request when you hit each milestone. Clean, well-commented code and adherence to OCA guidelines are a must. If you have prior GitHub examples of bespoke Odoo CRM work, point me there so I can gauge fit.
