Custom Odoo 16 Backend Theme

I have a complete set of high-fidelity UI/UX files and now need them transformed into a fully installable backend theme module for Odoo 16. The goal is to replace the default interface with a modern, clean experience that mirrors our SaaS brand’s design system—fonts, colors, spacing, component behaviors, everything.

You’ll work directly with my design hand-off (Figma + style tokens) and:

• build the theme as a standard Odoo module, overriding QWeb templates, SCSS variables, and assets without touching core code
• keep every screen responsive and pixel-accurate, matching states, hover effects, and dark-light variants already defined
• verify compatibility with native Odoo apps as well as typical third-party addons we use (CRM, Invoicing, Helpdesk)
• optimize for quick load times by bundling assets and using the new Odoo 16 asset pipeline
• document installation steps and any extension hooks so my in-house devs can maintain it later

Deliverables
1. Ready-to-install Odoo 16 backend theme module (.zip or Git repo)
2. Short README covering setup, dependencies, and how to extend styles
3. Screenshots or a short Loom walk-through confirming full visual parity with the supplied designs
