Configure Odoo Role Security
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I’m looking for an Odoo specialist who can tighten the user-side security of my current instance. My immediate priority is to put proper role-based access control in place for a very small team—no more than three distinct roles.
You’ll need to analyse the modules we actually use, map out which models each role should touch, then build the corresponding user groups and record rules so that staff only see what they really need. Once the roles are defined, I expect you to test each profile thoroughly and walk me through the result so I can verify everything from a normal user’s point of view.
Deliverables
• Clearly documented list of the 1-3 roles, their corresponding groups and access rules
• Updated Odoo configuration in my staging server, migrated to production after sign-off
• Short hand-over guide so I can adjust or add users confidently in the future
