Comprehensive Odoo 17 to 18 Migration

I need my current Odoo 17 production environment moved to Odoo 18 with zero data loss and no functional regressions. The job covers three pillars: the database itself, a set of custom modules I will supply, and every active third-party integration—payment, CRM, e-commerce connectors and any others in use. In short, everything that works today must work exactly the same (or better) tomorrow on Odoo 18.

Here is the flow I have in mind:

• Upgrade the database and all core data tables, validating counts and checksums to prove integrity.
• Refactor each custom module to the Odoo 18 API, updating dependencies, views, security rules and automated actions as required.
• Re-establish and test every external connector so transactions continue to flow seamlessly once we switch versions.
• Spin up a staging instance for me to sign off on functional testing, followed by a controlled cut-over plan that minimises downtime for live users.
