Complete Odoo Setup & Customization

I’m ready to roll out Odoo company-wide and need an experienced hand to turn the vanilla install into a solution that mirrors our exact processes. The scope touches every core area we run through Odoo—inventory and warehouse flows, sales & CRM pipelines, and full accounting—so you should be comfortable treating the platform as a true ERP.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Fresh installation (or migration if you prefer) of the most stable Odoo version, configured for our single company environment.
• Deep form and workflow tailoring in Inventory, Accounting, and CRM: custom fields, automated stages, approval rules, document templates, and smart buttons created in Studio.
• Global Settings tweaks—number sequences, user roles, email gateways, multilingual support, and any other fine-grained adjustments required to make day-to-day work frictionless.
• Clear, modular customisations so future upgrades stay painless; no hard-coded hacks that break on the next release.
• A short hand-over session plus concise documentation explaining what was changed, how to extend it, and where in Studio to tweak further.

Acceptance criteria
1. All requested fields and automated actions appear in the specified modules and behave as demonstrated during testing.
2. Transactions flow end-to-end: purchase → stock move → sale → invoice → payment, with our bespoke checkpoints captured.
3. No user with defined access rights can see or edit data outside their role.
4. Zero critical errors in the log after a full UAT cycle.
