Complete Odoo Manufacturing & Service Setup

I’m migrating my manufacturing-cum-service operation to Odoo and want the platform configured end-to-end. Manufacturing processes and Service management are both equally important in my workflow, so every module has to talk to each other seamlessly—from shop-floor planning right through to after-sales support.

Core areas to configure
• Inventory, warehouse and stock control that ties directly into Bills of Materials, work orders and field-service spare parts
• Accounting with full General ledger setup, Tax configuration (GST) and Financial reporting, plus real-time e-invoicing compliance
• CRM that supports Lead and opportunity tracking, Customer segmentation and Marketing automation, all integrated with both the service desk and the sales pipeline

Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
1. Clean Odoo instance (self-hosted or Odoo.sh) with the above modules activated and cross-linked
2. Chart of accounts, GST rates and e-invoice formats tested with sample transactions
3. Two sample manufacturing workflows and two service job cards completed end-to-end, showing stock movements and cost postings
4. CRM funnel visible on the dashboard, automated emails and segmentation rules firing correctly
5. Brief hand-over document and a live walk-through so my in-house team can take it from there
