Build me odoo apps for car workshop management

Hello ,
I run family a car service shop ,
I need a solution for it , to make it more simple
My workflow is :
Customer come to my shop , I go to their car , to see their car current odometer , what car is it , their plate number
And I ask them what should I do with their car , while I see their last maintenance card that I put in their car before
I remind them if there is any maintenance that on schedule based on that card , if they are not aware ,
After I know what should I do with their car , I go back to my desk , and write a new maintenance card , including all latest data that I know about maintenance before , including write the mechanic that do the job
And then I make their invoice , while waiting for any other job on that car , I keep the invoice open ,
After my mechanic report everything done , or they add something that I am not ask before , I write it on the invoice , calculate it , and ask the customer to pay
Here is the sample of my car maintenance card that I write everyday
The upper card is date on 3 january 2022 , is the latest maintenance that I do before
And the lower card is today car , date on 30 march 2022 , the customer agree to do engine oil change and oil filter change.
And then I rewrite the other data that not I do today , so when they come again ,I can remind them that
This Progress is time consuming , I need to write a lot , I need an module to do this for me , every car has a somekind of membership number , the main key is their membership number , not their plate number . so If I change the plate number from this car , I need to know what the last plate is , and everything about it is the same , I will know the latest “services” that they had before all kind of it
I have somekind of ui that I have in my mind , I cannot explain it , so I draw it for you , maybe it can explain what I want
It date 1 August when they come to me , they do engine oil change , the bottom left table is the latest data that I have
When the came again on 1 december , here is the ui
It record everything , and update the service to the newest
It event record the notes that I write on that day , so I can remember any note before
It must link to the invoice , so I will know what they pay that day
On the bottom right table is what I input about services , the services is typeable , auto complete , but if it has not have it before , I can create new there with just write it
Material used is linked to the inventory , if not , I can create it new , but it must have a sign that the material is not from me ,
The odometer is I write
And I link this car / job / invoice to the mechanic
The notes table , invoice list table will show 5 latest data , and scrollable to the first record they have
And then I can the latest car maintenance data to the card , and give it to the customer
And then I will make invoice based on this data using other odoo login id
And wait the job to be done , and customer pay it
At the end of the day , I can have report about the mechanic , for example , mechanic Jeffry , what he do today , how many car he do , and how much the commission I need to pay that day
Mechanic commission is based on what service they do and what material they use that day
Any item that customer purchase and take home will not add commission to the mechanics
Every month , I need a vat report , like how many vat I accumulate before from my purchasing , and how many vat I take , and calculate it if I need to pay the vat to government , and how much
