Automated Inspection Workflow System

I want a simple, end-to-end workflow that lets my team record product-wise pre- and post-inspection points, generate a polished PDF report, and share it with the customer instantly.

Core flow
• When a job card (sales order) is opened, the user should see the dedicated Pre-Inspection section.
• After the invoice is created, only the Post-Inspection section appears.
• An inspection point entered on a job card or invoice must never repeat inside the same document, even if similar points exist for other products.
• Every inspection record must capture the Inspection Type and the Inspector Name.

Easy data entry
I’m imagining a Google-Form-style screen: single page, quick dropdowns or text boxes for the inspection value, remark and photo upload. The same make / model attributes that already live in my contact list should auto-populate here as well.

Smart search
Inside Sales or Contacts I need instant search by vehicle registration number, car name, or customer mobile number so anyone can pull up the right record in seconds.

Automated outputs
• One-click PDF: the report must include photos and comments laid out cleanly.
• One-click WhatsApp: send that PDF inspection report straight to the customer.
• One-click WhatsApp again: send the final bill from the invoice screen.

Data sync
New customers can be pulled straight from a linked Google Sheet rather than typing them twice.

Deliverables
1. Working web or app module that fits the flow above.
2. Branded, photo-rich PDF template.
3. Deployment instructions or short hand-over call so my staff can run it without help.
