AWS Cloud Expert for Odoo ERP Setup

About the Project
We’re looking for an AWS Cloud Infrastructure Expert to set up a secure, HIPAA-ready AWS environment for hosting Odoo ERP (for a hospital). This is a one-time setup project, ideal for an experienced AWS freelancer or consultant.

Scope of Work
Deploy EC2 (Ubuntu) instance for Odoo hosting
Set up Amazon RDS (PostgreSQL) with Multi-AZ and encryption
Configure S3 buckets for backups/media (encrypted)
Set up IAM roles, VPC, security groups, and firewall rules
Enable SSL via AWS Certificate Manager
Configure monitoring via CloudWatch and enable AWS Backup
Route domain via Route 53 + basic DNS configuration
Ensure all data at rest and in transit is encrypted (HIPAA standard)
Provide documentation of setup and credentials handover

Required Skills
Proven AWS infrastructure experience
EC2, RDS (PostgreSQL), S3, IAM, VPC, Route 53
Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant AWS setup (or strong security focus)
Ability to deliver clean documentation and walkthrough
Available for quick start and communication during setup
