Repair a dishwasher -- 2

I need someone who can come to my home in Denver, CO to fix a countertop dishwasher. The problem is that after turning the dishwasher on the start button won’t cause the machine to beginning washing dishes. I suspect it’s either a problem with the start button itself or the circuit board it’s attached to. The brand and model are Arctic King ADC3203DWW. Would prefer that the person awarded this project bring along parts and tools necessary to fix it in the event that the suspected diagnose is true. If it’s not, then we can potentially do whatever else necessary to fix the dishwasher. Would prefer not to pay more than $100 for this repair.
