Outdoor Abstract Mosaic Art Creation

I'm seeking a talented mosaic artist to design and install a decorative mosaic tile piece in an outdoor space. Attached is a photo of the original tile work on the front of our house. It was damaged by hail storm and would like to restore or replace it.
