Help with simple money transfer to Russia

Hello. I'd like to transfer money to a Russian Sberbank card (900 ₽) using Qiwi platform. I can’t make the transaction for myself because I’m from Europe and the only payment details I have are card and phone number of the beneficiary. Almost all European money transfer platforms have banned transactions to Russia and those which not request further details about the beneficiary which I’m not able to provide them..
