GFRC Spray System & Equipment Design
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
I need a professional to design a spraying system for GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete) targeted for assembly line use. The molds to be sprayed are 3 ft wide and 8-12 ft long.
• The production capacity required is low, aiming to handle between 1-5 molds per hour.
• One of the key qualities I am looking for in the spraying system is high uniformity, ensuring an even coverage across all molds.
• Lastly, we won't be using a mold release system - rather, the panels will be lifted from the molds with a mobile crane.
Ideal candidates for this project will have experience in industrial system design, specifically for concrete, or similar products. Knowledge in achieving high uniformity and the logistics of low-capacity production lines will be highly beneficial.
