Filezilla FTP Application Development

I'm looking for an expert to fix Filezilla Server. It was working up until a few days ago and now I cannot connect to it.

If you are not a complete and total expert in FIleZilla do not contact me. It should only take someone who knows it well a few minutes to fix.
