Swim spa, 7'2" X 15'2" X 4'6" deep (about 4000 gallons), 87F in May-September, 99F in October-April, R12 hard cover, ICF (insulated concrete form) construction using 2" foam boards, partially above ground, located outdoors with walls on three sides (open to the south), located in Pasco, WA, resistance heater (24kW).
