I need a virtual reality developer for mental health consultations project

Our mission is to establish a solution facilitating consultants to meet clients utilising virtual reality.
Our use case is that of Psychotherapists conducting consultations with clients using virtual reality. We see this as the future as most mental health practitioners do not intend to resume to conduct sessions in person. We see VR consultation rooms as the future.
We aim to provide premium therapists that can come with an added value for the price of their sessions. We have links with highly qualified and professionally trained therapists. We believe clients will expect these services along with the high caliber of the therapist they consult.
The project is not self funded and will seek investment after gaining accurate quotations from suitable vendors. No equity will be offered.
We look forward to engaging the marketplace and selecting a suitable technical partner.
