macOS SwiftUI Window Manager Functions

I need expert Xcode SwiftUI developer to create two small example functions for my existing macOS app. These functions should combine moving and resizing the windows of productivity apps, as well as quitting or hiding these applications, all while being sandbox compliant.

Key Requirements:
- Use of CoreData: I already have the app and window information stored in CoreData, so the functions should incorporate this.
- Window Management: The functions should be able to manage the windows of various productivity apps.
- Sandbox Compliance: The code must be able to run in a sandbox environment without special entitlements, and should pass all App Store and TestFlight validations.
- SwiftUI: The examples should primarily work in a SwiftUI context.
- Swift Package Manager libraries can be used only if they pass sandbox validation

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience with SwiftUI, Swift, Objective C and Xcode.
- Strong knowledge of CoreData.
- Previous experience developing sandbox compliant code.
- Understanding of productivity apps and their window management.
- Familiarity with App Store and TestFlight submission requirements.
