build me a game launcher/updater

I need some one to build me a game launcher/updater for my UE4 game that will work on both PC and MAC. Very important. Need both versions.
Needs to be able to download my game from my online server and place it in the game launchers directory. When the launcher is opened it would check if the user has the latest version before allowing them to launch the game.
Only message and bid if you are capable of this simple task. I have the UI images to be used as well.
