Resolve bug of SwiftyCam and uploading from iOS Library -- 2

After upgrading my Swift project, I got issues I can't figure out.
SwiftyCam package is used (https://github.com/Awalz/SwiftyCam). This is still working, but can only take pictures. It should record video's when pushing the record button longer (like Snapchat).
There is an option in the App for uploading from the iOS gallery. It should open the iOS library where you can select both videos and photos from the PhotoGallery as the Files from the deice.
There is a working App available in the App Store, to compare the functionality.
