Build application/program for website

We are looking for an experienced programmer to build an application for our website
Here is a quick brief of what we need
- user will click camera icon on site and will be able to scan a barcode. The data from the barcode will then populate into a form on website with scanned data separated into the proper form fields on website.
- user will be able to fix/edit each field if data is incorrect
There is more to this application we need and can be discussed via chat, email or phone. We have a few reference website applications that we want our website application to resemble.
Must be clean coding, expandable and bug free.
This is an ongoing long term job that we will add other features as we go. Please only submit bid or message if you are very experienced, reliable and easy to communicate with and can get the job done quickly and clean.
