Automated Sample Entry & Tracking System

I'm in need of a talented developer, ideally with experience working on creating desktop applications. Your task will be to design an automated form that enables swift and easy entry of new samples. This includes the tracking of these samples and their results.
Key requirements for the desktop application:
- Capability to instantly print IDs for the samples upon entry
- Interface that allows easy viewing and tracking of old samples and results
the lab ID will start with HUL and the Tote ID will start with BB the labels that need to be printed will need to be different sizes.
Note that there's no need for data validation upon form entry. Your main focus should be creating a simple, user-friendly interface that efficiently handles the core functions.
