Retweet Group Retweeter App or Real Person

I need a small mobile app that runs on both iPhone and Android and automatically retweets on X (Twitter) when very specific rules are met. The heart of the project is support for “Retweet Groups”:

groups of accounts, drop their usernames. All I need is a person or anppli that can retweet the tweets ( watch for daily drops, Retweet, React when finished)

Here’s the flow I have in mind. After an OAuth 2.0 sign-in, The app or person watches for Start of Drops; Retweets from the drop pages. Handle Unretweet and Retweet actions. Confirm both UnRetweet & Retweet Status that stays inside X’s rate limits. A light dashboard showing recent activity and any API errors is all the UI I require.

Acceptance criteria
The app must (1) authenticate securely, (2) watch for Drops in messages (3) retweet & unretweet, (4) respect all X/Twitter API limits, and (4) install and run cleanly on the latest iOS or Android or chang chrome section extension versions.
