Create Google MyBusiness connector for Google Data Studio

I have a client with 400 locations all verified in a single Google MyBusiness account. I need to be able to pull all locations’ views, clicks to call, clicks for directions and clicks to website into Google Data studio. I understand there may be api usage fees to do this. I cannot give access to the actual client account to the developer. I’d need to have the developer set the connector up so I can input my credentials to connect to my client but develop the tool using their own smaller test account.
