Connect Azure AD to No-Code App

I need a Microsoft identity specialist to finish linking my no-code app to Azure Active Directory. The Entra ID application is already registered—I have the tenant ID, client ID, and secret ready. Your job is simply to verify the setup, complete the OAuth connection and scopes, and confirm that sign-in works inside the app builder.
What I’m expecting:
