NUXT-VUE 3: Implement CookieBanner and Google Consent Mode 2

We are relaunching our website. It is built in Nuxt 3 with Vue 3

We need help implementing European-Law compliant Cookie-disclaimer and Google Consent Mode v2 implementation.
We assume, Gtag-extension from nuxt is the way to go. IF you dont agree please state in your bid.
For SEO reasons we assume we need an SSR-implementation of our website, so this is your requirement as well
So your Job would be:
- Have a gitlab-accout
- Make a branch of our website vue-nuxt project
- Implement Cookie disclaimer (Functional Cookies cannot be disabled, other can be). We like the disclaimer on www.matelso.com, but be free to propose one of your choice. State this in yor bid.
- Implement Conversion Signals ADVANCED on "Putting into Cart with Cart-Item Value" and "Clicked Contact Form" and "Clicked mailto-link with url where this was")
- Implement SSR
- Send merge request with a working implementation
In your bid please make a short project outline with timing. Assume you can receive the Nuxt-Vue-Project (via gitlab) as soon as you want.
