I’m launching a whey protein brand and want to hire you for formulation only (I will handle manufacturing). I need two SKUs: Core Whey = 21g protein per 32g scoop (mostly WPC80, include 2% WPI90) and Prime Whey = 24g protein per 33g scoop (higher WPI90, premium taste/digestibility). Please deliver the exact formula in grams + % (per serving, per 1kg, and per 500–1000kg batch), plus recommended sweeteners/flavors/lecithin/anti-caking (and optional enzymes) and a basic QC plan for protein & safety testing and also help me with sourcing
