I need a nutritionist to help me bulk

I'm 82kg, 6ft 3, 21 and trying to get to 90kg. I have insane metabolism and have been trying to bulk all the way from being under 11st. However, I've hit a roadblock. I could do with help from picking the right food, easy food to make with recipes.
