Quick Task: Remove text duplicates from a word document

We have a big list of ingredients here for lots of product, but we need duplicates removing. For example, "Glucose Syrup" is mentioned many times but we only want it to be mentioned once. You need to filter through data and check that nothing is mentioned twice.
There are complex ingredients like "Acidity Regulator (Potassium Citrates)" and "Acidity Regulator (Sodium Malates). For these, it is fine that acidity regulator is mentioned again because it is a category, and the actual ingredient is in the brackets.
For milestone release it must be perfect. Delivered file should be a word document with one of every ingredient on it, no duplicates, and no missing ingredients.
